Thank you for shopping at Fellows. We understand that choosing the right products for your pets is important, and our goal is to make sure that you and your pets are happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy.

**Refund Eligibility:**
1. **Time Frame:** Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. **Condition:** Products must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
3. **Proof of Purchase:** A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

**Non-Refundable Items:**
- Personalized items.
- Clearance items marked as final sale.
- Perishable goods such as food.
- Items that have been used or altered.

**Exchange Process:**
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please return the original item using the steps outlined below. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new product to you.

**Return Process:**
1. **Contact Us:** To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@fellowspaws.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
2. **Approval:** We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
3. **Shipping:** If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. **Refund:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items:**
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof of the issue (photos or video), and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you without any additional costs.
